File handling
Uploaded files are used only to run the conversion you requested. Once processing finishes, they are removed according to the flow configured for the tool you use.
Delete within minutes
Tick “Delete my data” before converting and a background job wipes your uploaded and generated files shortly after — you’ll see a live countdown and a confirmation once it’s done.
Weekly clean-up
We don’t keep permanent copies on our servers. A scheduled job clears stored conversion data every week so nothing lingers.
Data collection
We keep only the operational data needed to run the service, deliver your results, and support the platform — nothing more.
